Senior solution architect

Your tasks include:
- Analysis of the customers’ current technological infrastructure and recommending innovations for transformation;
- Establishment and prioritizing technology requirements to match business goals;
- Design and implementation guidance of tailored digital solutions;
- Cross-functional collaboration to ensure smooth deployment of technology strategies;
- Providing leadership and governance over complex projects involving multiple architectural disciplines;
- Serving as the primary point of consultation for stakeholders, offering expertise and knowledge on digital transformation;
- Engagement with strategic vendors to ensure alignment of product roadmaps with customers’ needs;
- Creation of technology migration strategies and approaches in collaboration with clients and partners;
- Identifying, spearheading, and supporting the delivery of global solutions;
- Keeping abreast with emerging technologies and explaining their potential benefits to stakeholders;
- Mentoring and coaching less experienced team members, facilitating growth within the technical team.
We seek teammates that have:
- A minimum of 5+ years of experience as a solution architect or in a similar role;
- A Bachelor’s degree in computer science, business management, or related fields. Master’s degree is preferred;
- A deep understanding of cloud computing, AI, machine learning, IoT, and other leading-edge technologies;
- Demonstrable experience in leading and completing projects on time and within budget;
- Strong analytical skills to dissect complex technical challenges and provide viable solutions;
- Proven track record of designing and implementing successful digital transformations;
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders;
- Familiarity with architectural frameworks and best practices;
- The capability to work in dynamic environments and adapt to change;
- A collaborative mindset, fostering teamwork and innovation across departments;
- Proficiency in English, and ideally in Slovenian.
