We seek teammates that have:

• 4+ years of experience in project management in relation to software development;
• Bachelor of computer and information science or another relevant technical degree;
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks;
• Coordination of the development team in order to meet all deadlines;
• Planning projects and monitoring the progress of the development team;
• Experience with project management software tools such as JIRA and Confluence;
• Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously;
• Advanced leadership and time management skills;
• Experience with managing and satisfying the needs of more stakeholders;
• Ability to learn current trends and best practices in software development;
• Great communication and writing skills;
• Analytical mindset, high motivation, and you are ambitious problem-solvers;
• Very good knowledge of English, ideally Slovenian proficiency.
