Your tasks include:
- Design immersive 3D renders, models and VR environments tailored for real estate presentations and tours;
- Translate real-world property designs into detailed and interactive virtual experiences;
- Collaborate with architects, interior designers, and property managers to ensure accuracy and detail in VR renditions;
- Constantly optimize the 3D and VR experiences for various devices to ensure smooth and realistic portrayals;
- Use design tools and software to enhance the realism, including realistic lighting, textures, and ambiance;
- Gather feedback from users and make adjustments to improve the overall VR experience;
- Stay updated with the latest trends in 3D design and VR technology, ensuring our solutions remain at the forefront of the industry;
- Participate in team brainstorming sessions, contributing innovative ideas for new 3D architecture design and VR solutions;
- Ensure all 3D architecture and VR designs align with the company’s branding and aesthetic guidelines;
- Regularly test the 3D visualizations and virtual environments for bugs and collaborate with developers for fixes.
We seek teammates that have:
- 3+ years of experience in the VR design realm, particularly related to architecture or real estate;
- A degree in architecture, design, computer science, or a related field;
- Proficiency in design tools such as AutoCAD, 3Ds max, 3D Sketchup, Revit, Photoshop, etc.;
- Strong understanding of 3D rendering, 3D modelling and animation, ideally with experience in architectural visualization;
- Demonstrable portfolio showcasing high-quality 3D architecture design and VR projects;
- Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring the virtual rendition is as close to reality as possible;
- Ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders including architects, developers, and marketing teams;
- Eagerness to keep abreast of the latest trends in VR and the real estate industry;
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal;
- Proficiency in English and Slovenian is required.
